Shipping and delivery

Chlorophile.co.in promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.

Your order will be delivered within 4-10 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end.

Any charges for shipping will be mentioned on the cart while placing the order. There are no shipping charges for orders above Rs.999/-

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

We do international shipment order.

In case of, if you are going out of station, your order may not be processed expedite delivery due to the current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn’t allow us to expedite further at this time.

 

TRACKING

  • Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
  • In case information provided in tracking your delivery is not clear please contact us because certain Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn’t answer your question please call us.
  • If you did not received your product with in specified period of time and If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
  • Chlorophile.co.in do not encourage / accepts return of product sold during EOSS / Discount Sale / Seasonal Special Sales.

Out for delivery Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
Hold at hub We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
RTO in transit Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

2) After you have made a selection, proceed to payment / We accept.. Mail order, cheque, card, no phone orders etc…
Once we have received your order and can confirm the availability of your selection ( s ).
We will send you a confirmation e-mail, notifying you of the status of your order.

Be sure to check out news and updates while browsing our online store.

We have a selection of products to suit different tastes; ideal as gifts, or your own eco-friendly fashion find.

Please appreciate that although we take steps to ensure that the website is up to date, we can’t guarantee the availability of products displayed.

Make sure you use up to date internet security for all online activity as we can’t accept responsibility for any errors that may arise.

Step 2: Make a selection

Make a selection from our range of world fortifying products.

Please take the time to ensure you choose the right style and fit; we hope for you to enjoy the comfort our products can provide.

Remember that although we produce accurate representation of our products, colour displays vary on different computer hardware and may
appear slightly different from the actual product.

If we don’t have the requested item a notification e-mail will be sent to the address supplied to us. We enter a contract once items are
dispatched from our warehouse and will send confirm status of order.

Step 3: Payment

Proceed to payment with our secure payment provider

During the processing of your order we must collect certain information, this information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.

No card details are held by us, as this is dealt with by our online payment provider.

Please take time to consider and check the delivery address, it is important that it be correct and appropriate; if you are likely to be out during delivery, consider making alternative arrangements.

All payments to Chlorophile are handled securely by Shmart, who accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Euro card and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).

Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Shmart will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

We never collect any sensitive information about our customers and aim to keep our records accurate.

If you wish to know the information we hold, you can e-mail us at info@chlorophile.co.in and we’ll let you know. We’re happy to amend or remove data on request.

Step 4: Order Placed

It’s in our hands once your order has been placed.

We will confirm availability and other details via. E-mail when your order has been received.
Once payment has been processed and the product(s) dispatched we will send confirmation and a tracking number from the delivery service provider.

We enter a contract once available items have been dispatched from our warehouse. We promise to dispatch goods within 2 days of receiving your order,
please allow up to 7 days for delivery; we will notify you of any delays or other issues via e-mail.

Delivery should be prompt, but don’t hesitate to contact us if in need of an urgent delivery service and we’ll endeavor to provide the fastest service
reasonably possible.

Step 5: Track & Trace

It’s in your hands once the product has been sent..

You can use the tracking number supplied by the delivery service to track your order.
Please check your order thoroughly as soon as it is delivered,
we trust that your order will be fully satisfied but it’s up to you to notify us of any problems.

Return policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

In the unfortunate event of the product(s) being less than satisfactory, you can use the closed form to arrange an exchange or return

You will need to pay for postage, but a refund will be arranged on confirmation of faults.

Please note the terms of exchange or return as follows:

-Tags and labels must be intact and in place
-No signs of wear to be evident on the product
-The enclosed exchange/returns form to be completed clearly
-Product(s) returned as received, in the original packaging

Refunds are payable only to the card used for purchase, please consider this if the product is a gift.
Refunds will be credited only to the cardholder originally used to make the purchase within 10 working days of confirming eligibility for a refund.

Exchanges can be made only for variations of the same product.
To exchange for a different product we advise you to return goods for a refund, placing a new order for the replacement product(s).

Note:
Chlorophile do not encourage / accepts return of product sold during EOSS / Discount Sale / Seasonal Special Sales.
Discounted products are not subjected for return and refund but can be exchanged.

    • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit and Debit Cards, Netbanking.
    • All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Also, we are verified by Norton as a Safe Site. So no worries  about safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card in this website.
    • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by chlorophile.co.in. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

    • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
    • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. All you need is to raise an online request in the contact form below or by giving complaint to the info@chlorophile.co.in
    • If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on chlorophile.co.in, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.
